Police are investigating reports of a serious sexual assault in Milnsbridge.
A crime scene has been taped off in a park adjacent to Crow Lane Primary School in Milnsbridge, which is not school property, where the incident is said to have happened in the early hours of this morning.
Detective Chief Inspector Jim Dunkerley said: “We are investigating an allegation of serious sexual assault and our enquiries are in the very early stages.
“The head teacher has been fully supportive of our investigation.”
Police were called at 2.50am this morning and the scene remains taped off while police carry out investigations.
