Police have made two more arrests in connection with an alleged armed robbery in Huddersfield.

They arrested a 16-year-old boy from Newsome and a 20-year-old man from Huddersfield on Monday.

Both have been questioned about the alleged robbery at the Tesco store in Leeds Road, Bradley, on July 17 and released on bail. A third person has already been arrested.

Shop staff were allegedly threatened by men carrying guns during the robbery.

Three men burst into the store and threatened the two male staff members and one female who were still working in the store minutes before it was due to shut at 11pm.
