Police seize car in Huddersfield - despite driver having three young children in the back

Traffic cops pull Ford Ka for having no insurance

A driver with three young children in the back had their car seized by traffic cops.

Police officers in a marked BMW pulled over the silver Ford Ka in Manchester Road near Outcote Bank on Thursday.

The driver was found to have no driving licence or insurance and the car had no MOT.

Police said the car also had a cracked windscreen and the vehicle was seized. There were three children under the age of four in the back seat.
