A CRIME survey is being carried out in part of Kirklees to discover what residents want police to tackle most.
Forms are being posted to every home in Ravensthorpe tomorrow.
They should be returned within two weeks.
There is a prize draw for those sent back.
Prizes are Asda vouchers worth £100, £50 and £25.
Anyone wanting more help in completing their forms can go to Ravens- thorpe Community Centre on Garden Street from 1pm to 3pm or 4pm to 6pm next Wednesday or from 10am to noon on Wednesday, March 29.
Sgt Darren Brown, of the Neighbourhood Policing Team which covers Ravensthorpe, said: "This survey will enable the team, together with our partners, to address the things that really matter to the local community.
"So it's important that as many people as possible fill in the forms."
