A MAN accused of harassing his former girlfriend has appeared before magistrates again.
John Dunford, of Hebden Court, Quarmby, is accused of making nuisance calls to Theresa Hardwick.
He pleaded not guilty to the charge and was due to stand trial at Huddersfield Magistrates’ Court yesterday.
But Dunford, 46, was told his case had to be adjourned to a later date because the court did not have enough time left to start the lengthy trial.
He will next appear before magistrates on May 17.
His conditional bail was extended.
This prevents him from contacting Ms Hardwick or entering Vicarage Road, Longwood.
