RAIL users will no longer face disruption after planned industrial action has been called-off.
More than a third of RMT union members voted in favour of strike action in May.
But yesterday Northern Rail announced the dispute had been resolved.
No strike dates had been announced.
The RMT initially accused Northern Rail of ‘casualising the workforce’ or replacing permanent employees with agency staff.
Northern Rail denied this allegation saying it was completely unfounded and untrue.
