A cricket club has appealed for help in catching a vandal.
The young man was captured on CCTV pouring expanding foam into locks at Rastrick Cricket Club.
Now the Drakes Huddersfield League club have handed the matter over to West Yorkshrie Police and posted CCTV footage on social media in a bid to catch the culprit.
Club secretary Tim Osborne said: “We had CCTV installed fairly recently to act as a deterrent.
“We have a good relationship with the community and we have many local young people playing cricket down here.
“The damage was discovered by our bar manager when she turned up for work and saw the damage. I had a good look at the CCTV and it seems this same young man has been there three times in recent days, the latest being at 3.11am on Tuesday when he damaged the locks.”
Police are investigating.
