YOUNG entrepreneurs have raised charity cash by using their business skills.

Year 13 students at Rastrick High School took part in the Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice Mind Your Own Business enterprise challenge.

The pupils aged 17 and 18 created their own business, one holding a bench ball challenge and the other a lunchtime car wash.

They reinvested the profits from their initial business and held a barbecue and fun day after school with inflatable games and a bucking bronco.

The event raised £462.13 for Sue Ryder – Manorlands Hospice in Keighley.
