HUNDREDS of talented singers, dancers and actors will perform their Christmas show this weekend.

Rastrick’s Limelight Theatre School Christmas Shows take place on Sunday, December 16, at 1pm and 4pm.

And the show is open to everyone to get into the festival spirit.

The group, based at St Matthew’s Parish Centre in Rastrick, will be joined by dancers from Castlefields School.

There will be a mix of street dance routines and Christmas songs and the group’s drama pupils will be showing a piece they have created called The Christmas Carnival Movie.

The Limelight Ladies adult class will also be performing their 1920s inspired Charleston routine, plus the Boogie Babes toddler group will show off their dancing skills.

Tickets are available in advance on the door and cost £2.50 for adults or £2 for concessions or by visiting:
