Firefighters had to rescue a man who got stuck in a tree.
The 20-year-old had climbed a tree off New Street in Southowram, Calderdale, shortly after 10pm but discovered he couldn’t get back down.
He was said to be quite distressed after making attempts to get down with the help of friends on the ground, so firefighters and paramedics were called to the scene.
Rastrick fire crews used a ladder to get to him and paramedics checked he was ok before leaving the scene.
