A REWARD was offered today to try and trace a dog, believed to have been stolen.

Izzy, a French bulldog, vanished from the garden of her owner’s home in Leeds Road, Bradley Mills late on Friday.

And owner Melissa Foster believes she may have been stolen as the breed is a valuable one.

Police have been informed and are making inquiries. Ms Foster said: “We have looked all over for her but have found nothing, although someone said they had seen a dog very much like her with someone in Market Place, Huddersfield, over the weekend.

“She is a much-loved family pet and we want her back.”

Anyone with information can contact Ms Foster on 07783 165076.
