THE RSPCA has two big fundraising events in the coming weeks.
One will be held in Meltham and the other in Elland.
The first will be a curry and quiz night on Thursday March 31 at 7pm at the Cinnamon Lodge restaurant in Meltham. For tickets (£12.50) contact Sue Greaves on 01484 667514.
There will be an Easter fair on Saturday April 16 from 1.30 to 3.30pm at Wainright Hall in Elland. Admission is just 75p and includes tea, coffee and biscuits.
RSPCA trustee Kath Airey said: “Fundraising events are essential to ensure we can care for the many neglected, ill-treated animals that come through our doors.”
