The house in Fetcham may have competition for the crown of Britain’s rudest address. A 69 Cock Road sold in South Gloucestershire in 2006, and a 69 Cock Lane sold in Wycombe in 2009. The property at 69 Cock Lane in Fetcham appears to have sold before in 2001 and 2006.
