A YOUNG woman is asking for help to turn her dream trip into reality.
Hannah Firbank, 22, is raising money for a five-month journey around Asia doing charity work.
The Scholes woman plans to teach English in Thailand, dig a well in Vietnam and help build a school in Nepal.
She said: “I did voluntary work before when I did my Duke of Edinburgh Award at Greenhead College.
“I really enjoyed it so I thought it would be worth another shot.”
Hannah has raised most of the £10,500 she needs for the trip by working at The Toad and Tattie and the Riverside Cafe in Holmfirth.
She said: “If any companies or individuals choose to sponsor me I will happily give monthly updates saying what I am doing, how it is helping the people, wildlife and communities of Asia.”
