AN elderly motorist has made an unfortunate error and reversed through an optician's window.
The woman driver of a red Vauxhall Corsa smashed through the Vision Express shop front in Huddersfield town centre just after 2.30pm.
Police have sealed the scene off and the New Street shop, which is in the pedestrianised zone, is closed for business.
The OAP was checked by paramedics but is thought to be okay.
The manager of Vision Express said nobody inside the shop was hurt but said there was considerable damage to the store.
