A MAN was tricked by a thief who stole his car.
The motorist had parked his new Vauxhall Astra at the junction of Alandale Road and Keldregate in Bradley just after 11.30am yesterday when the thief approached him.
The keys were still in the ignition and the engine was running when the man claimed a back light was out.
When the driver went to have a look the thief jumped into the driver’s seat and sped off.
The silver Astra, DL07 HWY, is still missing.
The thief is of mixed race, aged 20 to 25 and just over 6ft with very big eyes.
