AN all-singing, all-dancing version of Charles Dickens' classic tale, a Christmas Carol, is being staged by pupils at the Brooksbank School, Elland.
Sixty pupils aged 11-18 were performing the play this week from Wednesday until today.
The show, co-produced by teachers Lyn Ward and Lynne Buckingham, is narrated by Faye Mallinson who plays Charles Dickens.
Christmas carols are sung between the acts and Jill Harris, 18, performed ballet solos.
Eleven-year-old James Noble was the youngest cast member, starring as Tiny Tim.
Ten sixth-formers took part while the rest of the cast was made up of younger pupils.
The show was staged in the main hall, in a cabaret-style setting, with the audience seated round tables which were trimmed with Christmas decorations.
