A SPRINGWOOD couple facing allegations involving mortgage fraud have been told their trial will begin in September.
Narinder Kaur, 34, and Sukhpal Khella, 36, of Springwood Avenue, Springwood, yesterday pleaded not guilty to a series of charges including fraud, obtaining money transfers by deception and attempting to obtain money transfers.
It is understood that the allegations include charges relating to a number of buy-to-let properties in the Huddersfield area.
Judge Jonathan Durham Hall QC was told that the trial was expected to last around 10 days.
