Stickers to boost safety

SCHOOLS are snapping up free reflective road safety stickers for their pupils.

SCHOOLS are snapping up free reflective road safety stickers for their pupils.

Carrentals.co.uk is the company behind the safety promotion.

It has donated 35,000 reflective stickers to schools.

Schools can register for free stickers at www.carrentals.co.uk/roadsense

The stickers can be used on school bags, blazers or coats to help children be seen by motorists.

According to Government figures, 4,100 children were killed or seriously hurt in road accidents in the UK in 2003.
