JANET CHARLTON has been cleared of murder but found guilty of manslaughter and sentenced to 5 years in prison for killing her wealthy boyfriend, businessman Daniel O'Brien.

The jury at the trial in Leeds had taken a break for the weekend after 15 hours without reaching a verdict.
