CREATIVE students at Huddersfield University will be showing off their talents at an exhibition next month.

Final year students from the Multimedia and Games Design course, plus those on graphic design and art courses, will exhibit their work at the Quayside building on Firth Street on May 13 and 14.

The exhibition has been organised by the multimedia students as part of a module on their course, but was opened up to students from other courses to add variety.

It will feature interactive displays created by the multimedia students and more traditional works of art.

Phil Hesketh, one of the multimedia students, said: “We have opened it to the public so students can show what they have been working on during their time at university.

“We are also inviting prospective employers and people who may offer future placements for the students in their first and second years.”

In total, about 120 students will be showing their work, 40 of whom are on the multimedia course.

The exhibition will be open from noon until 8pm on May 13 and from noon to 5pm on May 14.
