A TEENAGE driver who killed a girl has been sent to a young offenders' institution.
Mouishen Ahmed, 18, had mown down Ellese Gore, nine, at 50mph in Bolton.
He made no attempt to brake or swerve and fled in his car, leaving Ellese in the road.
Ahmed, from Bolton, had earlier pleaded guilty to causing death by dangerous driving and failing to stop after an accident.
At Bolton Crown Court yesterday he was sentenced to 15½ months in a young offenders' institution.
He has already been in custody for six months.
