ROADS on council estates should be swept more often, tenants are urging.

Just under half the people quizzed in a survey by Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing said they were dissatisfied.

Housing officials are now urging a probe into the quality and frequency of street cleaning on estates.

Seven out of 10 tenants were happy with the standard of grass cutting.

One third said it took too long for graffiti to be removed.

Questions were answered by 119 members of a tenant talkback panel.
