RAIDERS carried out a terrifying raid at a fish and chip shop.
Two masked men went into Blues Fish Bar on Norristhorpe Lane in Liversedge at 7pm on Saturday.
They got in through a back entrance and threatened a man working there with a reddish-coloured crowbar and an extendable baton.
He was forced to the floor and the intruders then stole cash.
They escaped in a silver VW Golf parked outside.
The victim was not hurt, but shaken up by his ordeal.
Both attackers were in their mid-20s to 30. The man with the baton was about 5ft 9in tall and weighed about 15 stones.
He wore tracksuit type clothing which was either blue on top or black on the bottom or vice versa.
The top had a logo across the left side of the chest.
He also wore white trainers which could have been Reeboks as there was a union jack-type marking on them.
He had leather gloves and a knitted hooded facemask with holes that looked like they had been cut by hand.
The robber with the crowbar was white, around 6ft and slim, weighing between 12 and 13 stone.
He wore a white or grey top with a logo on the front, a dark facemask and bluish woollen gloves.
A police spokesman said: “Did anyone see these men hanging around near the shop or escaping afterwards? Did anyone see them without their masks?’’
