THE company that manages council housing in Kirklees is celebrating improved ratings in customer satisfaction.
Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing won the thumbs-up in a sample of 1,000 tenants.
The survey found that 68% of tenants were satisfied with the service they got.
The figure was an increase of 4% on the last survey a year ago.
Some 69% of those questioned said they found it easy to get hold of the right member of staff - up from 62%.
Three-quarters of people said staff were able to help with their inquiries or problem and 83% were satisfied with how they were dealt with.
