PUPILS at King James's School at Almondbury put themselves in the

pink to help breast cancer sufferers. Staff and pupils at the high school took part in a Dress In Pink

Day. Each person who came in pink clothes or accessories paid a donation

to the Breakthrough Breast Cancer charity. The event was organised by these Year 9 pupils, who are (from left)

Laura Sykes, Megan Hollyhead, Bethany Armitage, Niome Ridgway, Ellis Leonard and Lucy Worne. More than £800 was raised on the day.
