A MAN was hurled through a Chinese takeaway window – yet has not complained to police.

Now police have urged him to come forward.

The victim and another man were in the Pine Garden Chinese takeaway on Heaton Moor Road in Kirkheaton at about 10.15pm on Sunday, September 30, when they began to argue.

The row escalated into a scuffle and the victim was thrown through the 10ft by 4ft front window.

He is white and aged 20 to 30, with dark hair and a small beard. He wore a dark T-shirt.

The man who threw him is white, aged about 40 and stocky. He wore a dark blue top and blue jeans.

Det Con Neil Johnson, of Kirklees CID intelligence unit, said: “We need to know how badly hurt this man was. We would appeal for him to come forward and contact us.’’
