THE man charged with the murder of Greenhead woman Sabira Alam has appeared in court.
Naveed Naeem, 30, of New Street in Milnsbridge, appeared at Dewsbury Magistrates' Court this morning charged with the murder of the 20-year-old.
During the brief hearing, Naeem did not enter a plea to the charge.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Bradford Crown Court later this month.
Naeem was arrested after the body of former Salendine Nook High School pupil Miss Alam was discovered by a hangglider on Sunday morning close to the A640 at Buckstones.
