THERE may still be about four weeks to go to Christmas Day, but it’s time to get cooking.
People took part in a big Christmas pudding cooking session at the Colne Valley Museum.
They joined Mrs Sykes bake her famous Christmas puddings in the Victorian kitchen at the Golcar museum.
The last weekend before Advent is traditionally known as Stir-Up Sunday and gives people the chance to start preparing their Christmas pudding for the big day.
People of all ages got stirring the ingredients to create the traditional Christmas dessert – and, of course, made the usual festive wishes.
