BRIGHOUSE band Embrace played a secret gig in the woods.
The indie rock group have always loved to tease their fans by offering cryptic directions to hush-hush shows.
And the latest was at the unlikely location of the Bradley Wood Scout hut.
Embrace, who took the charts by storm in 1997 with singles such as Come Back To What You Know, are staging a comeback after three years out of the public eye.
They have just finished recording a new album, Out of Nothing.
On Sunday night they entertained a lucky few at the hut, near Brighouse.
The secret gig marked a return home for Embrace's McNamara brothers, singer Danny and guitarist Richard.
The brothers say they return to Brighouse quite often.
Danny told the Examiner: "Brighouse seems to be doing really well. I've got a lot of friends there and I come up all the time. There is a sense of pride here that we have done so well.
"But everyone does claim to know me, which is quite funny.
"Everyone knows my cousin's brother's dog or something.
"Once my dad was in the hairdressers and this guy was claiming he knew the family. My dad said: `Well, I don't know you - and I'm their dad.' I'm at peace with it though."
The Bradley Woods gig was the band's 10th secret concert and marked the 10th anniversary of their first gig.
To celebrate it, the Scout hut was decked out with balloons, streamers and all manner of party paraphernalia.
Fans also turned up with an amusing array of gifts, including water pistols, Lego, a boyband fashion pack and some shelves for the awards they anticipate Embrace will win with their comeback album. Embrace treated fans to a sneak preview of new album tracks Ashes, Someday and Wish `Em All Away.
They also played Gravity, their new single, which was penned by Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.
Embrace followed their new material with past hits and covers of Sweet Caroline and A Hard Days Night, featuring Richard on lead vocals.
The single, Gravity, is released on August 30 and the album Out of Nothing comes out on September 13.
