Car and motorbike after Brighouse collision

A MOTORCYCLIST has been badly hurt in a crash in Brighouse early today.

The 47-year-old man was taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary after his bike was in collision with a car on Bradford Road at 7am.

The incident happened close to the entrance of Brighouse Leisure Centre.

The motorcyclist is said to be in a serious but stable condition.

The road was closed for police accident investigation.
