A car smashed into a traffic light column after a collision at a busy Huddersfield junction.
Two cars collided in Bradford Road, Hillhouse, at the junction with Willow Lane at 12.50pm yesterday causing traffic delays.
No-one was seriously injured but two children were treated for shock.
A black Vauxhall Astra was in collision with a Ford Focus and struck the traffic light column.
Police attended the scene and closed the road to allow an ambulance to attend. It is not believed the children were taken to hospital.
Anyone who witnessed the accident should contact police on 101.
