Two men will appear before magistrates in Huddersfield this morning to face murder charges.

Both will be in the dock after being charged with the murder of Polish national Marcin Siarczynski, whose body was found in Ravensthorpe.

Pawel Piotr Olszewski, 25, and Krzysztof Olszewski, 20, both from Ravensthorpe, will appear before Kirklees Magistrates in Huddersfield this morning after being charged with murder.

The men were arrested on Wednesday on suspicion of the murder of Marcin, whose body was found near to Low Mill Lane, Ravensthorpe on March 14.

A 29 year old man, also from the Ravensthorpe area, was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender. He has been bailed pending further enquiries.

The 37-year-old’s body was found in a wooded area off Low Mill Lane, close to the Calder and Hebble Navigation Canal, in Ravensthorpe.
