A BOY of four badly hurt in an alleged hit- and-run is still critically ill.
Tyler Jessop (pictured) suffered severe head and chest injuries when he was struck by a car on Lees Hall Road, Thornhill Lees, Dewsbury, at 4.25pm on Wednesday, February 13.
He is in a specialist unit at Leeds General Infirmary.
Tyler, who lives at Thornhill Lees, was playing with friends when he was hurt.
A 24-year-old Ossett man arrested in connection with the incident has been released on police bail, pending further inquiries.
