AN ELDERLY man escaped serious injury after he blackd out behind the wheel of his car.
Firefighters from Brighouse attended the incident in Bradley Road, Bradley around 7pm last night.
The man lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a bollard in the central reservation.
Police and ambulance services attended the scene.
The man, who is believed to suffer from a medical condition, was uninjured.
