A FORMER Huddersfield woman who buried her stillborn baby in the grounds of 17th century house in West Yorkshire and then went missing for several years will not be sentenced until January 17.
Angela Owen (left), 47, was due to have her case dealt with by a judge at Bradford Crown Court next Friday, but her case was listed yesterday because a psychiatric report will not be ready in time.
In September Owen, who now lives in Glastonbury, pleaded guilty to concealing the birth of her baby boy and preventing the lawful burial of a corpse.
Owen also pleaded to six fraud or dishonesty offences covering a period between 2002 and 2004.
Judge Robert Bartfield was told that a psychiatric report on Owen would not be completed until after she has a counselling session next week.
Owen, who is on bail, was not at court.
