TWO lone women were attacked by robbers in Sheepridge.
The attacks happened two hours apart last night.
In the first, a woman of 24 was walking through a snicket off Bradley Boulevard just after 7.30pm when a teenage mugger grabbed her handbag.
She fought back and he ended up falling on top of her.
He punched her face twice and told her to let go of the pink suede bag, which she did.
He then fled with it.
The thief is African-Caribbean or mixed race, in his mid teens and 5ft 5in tall.
He wore a dark hooded top and dark tracksuit bottoms.
In the second attack a 35-year-old woman was walking through a snicket off Ruskin Grove just after 9.15pm when two teenagers approached her.
One grabbed her round the neck while the other searched her pockets.
They stole her silver Nokia mobile phone.
Both robbers are 17 or 18 and wore dark hooded tops with scarves over their faces.
