Neil said: "Traffic coming from the left comes over the brow of a hill and you can only see to the top of the hill about 20 yards away, so you can't see what's coming."

4. Marsh Lane, Shepley, with the A635 Holmfirth Road

Neil said: "Drivers have to come out into a fast road so anyone turning into the road might not realise how fast the traffic is going here."

5. North Road, Kirkburton, with A629 Penistone Road

"It's the road out of Kirkburton village so it's quite busy and you're going into a main road. It's a very long stretch but I'd imagine people get stuck in a line of cars," said Neil.

6. Parkhead Lane and Greenfield Road

"This is quite a busy crossroads and the traffic coming from the left is almost coming from behind you."

7. St Helen's Gate, Almondbury, with Fenay Lane

Neil said: "You have to double back on yourself on a bend and you get quite a lot of traffic because King James School is down there. It's only 20mph but it's a very tight manoeuvre and is quite busy."

8. Storthes Hall Lane junction with A629 Penistone Road

"You have to almost double back on yourself to turn right here, into an A road which is pretty busy."

9. Thurstonland Bank Road with A616 New Mill Road

"To turn left here you have to double back on yourself and you have to drive into the opposite carriageway to do it. It is a junction which sees accidents."
