The Woodsome Hall golfer won the club’s Captain’s Trophy after carding rounds of 70 and 71 to retain the trophy he also won last year.

The two-handicapper is pictured (right) with the Woodsome captain John Liddiment and the prize of a magnificent decanter after he beat off rivals Mike Walker and Richard Carter in this year’s tournament.
