Moldgreen on roll

MOLDGREEN made it two wins on the trot with a hard-fought 10-4

triumph at Greetland All Rounders in Division I. But the visitors had to come from behind to seal their latest

success. They fell behind to an unconverted try, but just before the break

took a lead they were never to lose when Matt Johnson spotted a gap and dived over. Darren Simpson, above, added the extras in the absence of Neil

Thornton, and Moldgreen were 6-4 ahead. That lead was increased midway through the second period when Roger

Simpson picked up a loose ball on halfway and raced away to seal the contest. Dean Bradshaw was deservedly named the man-of-the-match and received

excellent support from Lee King, Ashley Miller, Johnson and Roger and Darren Simpson.
