THE new indoor bowling season is gaining pace with action entering into an eighth week.

Elland WMC currently lead the Men’s Evening Super League, but Wakefield Cougars are hot on their heels with two games in hand and are defending a 100% record.

Unbeaten team Triers top the Ladies Veterans League.
