Bowls: Lindley A closing in on Liberal League title

LINDLEY A and Milnsbridge A have nearly secured the Section A and B titles with four games remaining in the Huddersfield Liberal League.

But the runners-up place in Section A is still up for grabs, between Cowcliffe A and Linthwaite.

The relegation battle could go down to the wire between Meltham A, Crosland Moor A and Almondbury A.

In Section B there was a crucial game for second spot with Almondbury B at home to Primrose Hill.
