Bowls: Victory takes vets to top of the table

THE Huddersfield veterans team scored an emphatic victory in their latest outing.
The Perrys-sponsored team scored a 41-15 win over Skipton in the Inter-District competition.
Both teams had excellent results against another of the league’s front runners and Huddersfield lead the league byŠ32 points, although Bradford, the teams’ next opponents, have a game in hand.
