Let’s get another win tonic

YORKSHIRE Carnegie are looking for a fourth successive Twenty/20 win against Lancashire at Old Trafford tonight.

Having lost their opening fixtures against Derbyshire and Notts, Darren Gough’s men have powered back with away wins against Derbyshire and Leicestershire and a thrilling home triumph against the Red Rose county.

Now they are looking to press on again as tonight’s match is followed by a home clash with Durham on Sunday.

Yorkshire are third in North Division, behind Lancashire and leaders Durham.

Meanwhile, England expect to have former Yorkshire bowler Ryan Sidebottom available again for tomorrow’s third ODI of the New Zealand series at Bristol.

Paul Collingwood’s side, of course, remain 1-0 up in the five-match tussle after Wednesday’s controversial wash-out at Edgbaston.
