Cricket: Huddersfield's Burgess and Wilson boost Yorkshire
HUDDERSFIELD duo Mike Burgess and Edward Wilson shared a fantastic partnership for Yorkshire Under 15s against Cleveland at Marske.
Burgess, of Kirkburton Under 15s and Kexborough, hit 137 and Broad Oak’s Wilson 88 as they shared in a third-wicket partnership of 185.
They were both in action again yesterday at Walton Wetherby in the A team in the county cup.
Both are wicketkeeper/batsmen and are currently sharing the gloves for Yorkshire.
