Junior football: Huddersfield Minors lose to Bradford in County FA Under 17 final

HUDDERSFIELD Under 17s were defeated 2-1 by a last-gasp goal in the County FA Minor Cup final against Bradford.

Brandon Smith gave Huddersfield the lead when he rounded the keeper to finish into an empty net.

However, their lead lasted just a minute as Tom Ponter equalised for Bradford.

The game look set for extra-time, but Bradford grabbed the winner, and the cup, with five minutes of the game left to play.
