HUDDERSFIELD Town Ladies will hold trials next week.
Girls from current school year six and upwards are invited to stake a claim for one of the club’s five teams: open-age firsts, reserves, Under 17s, Under 15s and Under 13s.
The sessions are on Monday, June 18 and Wednesday, June 20 (7.00 to 8.30) at Grange Moor FC, Liley Lane (WF4 4DT).
The first team play in the Northern Combination, the third tier of women’s football in England, and in their first season back in the division last time around, after promotion the previous season, finished sixth.
The reserve team are the current West Riding Women’s League Division III champions while the junior teams also did very well last season, with the Under 16s reaching their League Cup final, the under 14s winning the Sheffield and Hallamshire Girls League Division I and the Under 12s claiming runners-up spot and promotion from Sheffield and Hallamshire Division II in their first season together.
