Golf: Bradley Hall set the pace

BRADLEY Hall are setting the pace in the Halifax, Huddersfield Union Lawrence Batley OBE Scratch League Division One, but they have completed more fixtures than most rivals.

They have played five matches while champions Huddersfield have played only three.

Bradley Hall’s latest success was by a resounding 8-0 margin against West End, a reverse of the previous meeting of the two and which took them to 21 points, four ahead of Woodsome Hall who overcame Halifax 6-2.

Placings: Div 1: 21 - Bradley Hall; 17 - Woodsome Hall: 15 - West End; 14 - Halifax; 14 - Huddersfield.
