Ready for Rusty Rackets?

DO YOU remember when you used to play tennis, either as a child or perhaps you had coaching at school but haven’t played properly since?

Well, Huddersfield Lawn Tennis and Squash Club are throwing their doors open to those who have learned the basics of tennis and fancy going for ‘a knock’ again.

The club’s ‘Rusty Rackets’ tennis courses will provide a fun and sociable way to meet like-minded people while the coaching team offer to ‘polish away your rust and give you the confidence to enjoy playing tennis again,’ whatever age or ability.

The first course begins on Monday, January 14, and runs for four weeks while the second course gets under way from the week beginning Monday, February 18, for five weeks.

Daytime course: Monday 2.00 - 3.00.

Evening course: Tuesday 8.30 - 9.30.
