Sarfraz Ahmed hit 107 not out to book Denby a place in the All Rounder Cricket Sykes Cup first round.
His effort took Denby past the Emley Clarence total of 173 without the loss of a wicket.
Denby will now host Barkisland in the first round on Sunday, May 1.
Tim Orrell hit his second successive century as Mirfield Parish Cavaliers piled up 300-8 against Almondbury, who were then bowled out for 108 in reply.
The Cavaliers now host Premiership Cawthorne in the first round.
Cumberworth are through to visit Scholes after posting 180-6 against Mirfield CC in their preliminary round tie.
League newcomers Mirfield were dismissed for 79 in reply.
Almondbury Wesleyans scored a two-wicket win at home to Hall Bower and will now visit Honley.
The Wes chased down 236-8 to book their place.
Denby Dale scored a fine five-wicket win against Thurstonland, knocking off 167-9.
Denby Dale now host Slaithwaite, while Birkby Rose Hill will entertain Shelley after knocking out Upperthong, who totalled 190-6, by three wickets.
